Wiseguy was asked to develop a new website to promote the singer-songwriter Gavin Thorpe and his debut album, as well as act an information portal for fans and industry alike.
In March 2008 Gavin Thorpe releases his long awaited debut album "Pictures" on IRL and published by BMG. Wiseguy has been helping along the way with the design and development of a new website as well as the re-design of a MySpace page. The website is a resource for getting dates, reviews, audio etc., and to allow easy maintenance the site has been built with a sophisticated Content Management System.
The site was originally developed in Flash, but to gain optimal exposure through Internet Search Engines the site was re-built in XHTML. Once the album has been launched and the word is out, the site will be updated to the Flash version with a few enhanced extras.
