Building on the success of the Diagonal Thinking project, V-On was asked to build and host an online testing system for new BBC recruitment candidates. The system is designed to test both the linear and lateral thinking capabilities of applicants. In my capacity as a freelance creative director often working with V-On, I designed and developed the front-end of the tool in accordance with the BBC's brand guidelines.

A great thing about working with the BBC's brand guidelines is there is not too much room for error and even since this tool was pushed live, there has been a fantastic review of the BBC website's branding which I think will serve as a blueprint for many other sites out there. V-On is a digital agency that has a core team in London and then builds collaborative teams of experienced professionals on a per-project basis, a bit like the film industry.
